Ministry of Supply brought in two Shopify partners to solve different sides of the same problem.

Platter rebuilt the site’s foundation, migrating Ministry of Supply off the high-maintenance headless architecture and onto a streamlined Shopify setup that empowered the internal team. With Platter’s rebuild, 95% of site changes could now be handled internally, no developer required. Release cycles compressed from quarterly sprints to bi-weekly releases.

Nostra was implemented as an additional performance layer to preserve headless-like speed without the complexity of headless infrastructure. As the site grew heavier with more apps, richer imagery, and functionality, Nostra was A/B tested against a holdout group to measure incremental impact on both speed and revenue.
